Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Australia is seeking an FSI Account Leader to drive adoption of cloud solutions within Banking and Financial Services clients. You will build executive relationships, develop coverage plans, and orchestrate cross‑functional engagement to win large enterprise opportunities.

You will articulate AWS value to CXOs, partner with channels, and lead strategic initiatives to accelerate customer success in the Australian market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
7+ years of sales or sales management in infrastructure or cloud technology.
Experience presenting to C-level executives and IT/business units.

Responsibilities

Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key customers at the C-levels of Business & IT.
Work closely with Channels to engage an AWS ecosystem to support customer priorities.
Maintain accurate forecasts and business reports.
Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
Explain Cloud Computing and AI solutions in banking contexts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Prepare and present business reviews to senior management.
Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.
