LexisNexis Risk Solutions Australia, IDVerse, is seeking a Client Success Manager in a hybrid role based in St Leonards, Sydney. You will own post-go-live relationships, drive adoption, and partner with multiple internal teams to deliver measurable value for customers and renewals.

You’ll engage with stakeholders from end users to executives, deliver workshops and reviews, and translate data into strategic actions that reduce risk and increase customer lifetime value.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar SaaS environment.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and driving retention outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management from end users to senior executives.
• Experience supporting renewals and expansion opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer relationships after go-live and be the primary contact for ongoing success.
• Drive adoption, enablement, and value realisation through training and guidance.
• Build relationships with operational, technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct quarterly and executive business reviews to monitor health and address risks.
• Support renewals by demonstrating value and impact; identify growth opportunities.
• Advocate for customers across Product, Engineering, Support, Delivery, and Sales teams.
