Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar SaaS role.
• Experience managing customer portfolios and driving retention outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management from end users to senior executives.
• Experience supporting renewals, expansion opportunities, and revenue growth.
• Experience delivering workshops, trainings, or product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Own customer relationships post go-live and be the primary contact for ongoing success.
• Drive adoption, enablement, and value realization through training and guidance.
• Build relationships with operational, technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Conduct Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews (QBRs/EBRs).
• Monitor customer health, identify risks early, and address challenges proactively.
• Support renewals and identify expansion opportunities with Sales.
• Coordinate issue resolution and maintain clear communication during incidents.
• Capture customer feedback and success stories to influence product development.
