Job summary

Ultimate Performance Sydney is seeking a Client Relations Manager to grow our local business through expert consultative sales, strong partnerships and outstanding client experience.

Reporting to the Gym Manager, you’ll own the sales journey from enquiry through consultation, conversion and onboarding, manage your pipeline and drive targeted outcomes with data-led insights. A commercial mindset and care for clients are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in consultative sales.
• Ability to build trust and understand client needs.
• Experience converting enquiries into business.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales journey from enquiry to onboarding.
• Manage pipeline, follow up opportunities and use data to improve results.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, employers and service providers for referrals.
• Support trainers and Gym Manager to deliver smooth client handovers.
• Pursue commercial targets and identify new business opportunities.
