Ultimate Performance Sydney is seeking a Client Relations Manager to drive new business and nurture premium client partnerships. You’ll own the sales journey from enquiry to onboarding, manage a healthy pipeline and convert prospects into clients.

Full-time - 38 hours per week

Salary: AUD $55,000 – AUD $66,000 per year, plus superannuation and a performance-based bonuses

We’re looking for a Client Relations Manager to help grow our Sydney business through excellent consultative sales, effective local partnerships and strong client relationships.

This opportunity suits someone who combines commercial drive with genuine care for people—someone who can understand a prospective client’s goals, communicate the value of our service and confidently guide them towards becoming a U.P. client.

The opportunity

Reporting to the Gym Manager, you’ll own the sales journey from initial enquiry through consultation, conversion and onboarding. You’ll manage your pipeline, follow up opportunities and use performance information to improve results.

You’ll also develop relationships with local businesses, employers and complementary service providers, creating partnerships that generate quality referrals and strengthen U.P.’s presence in Sydney.

Approximately 70% of the role focuses on sales and business development, with 30% dedicated to client experience and operational support at our Sydney gym. Working closely with our trainers and Gym Manager, you’ll help deliver smooth client handovers, resolve concerns and maintain the standards expected of a premium personal training business.

You’ll have clear commercial targets, scope to develop new business opportunities and an important role in supporting colleagues who conduct sales consultations.

You’ll bring a proven track record in consultative sales, with the ability to build trust, understand client needs and convert enquiries into business.

You’ll also demonstrate:

• Commercial judgement: confidence managing a sales pipeline, achieving targets and using data to improve performance.
• Business development ability: experience creating opportunities through partnerships, networking and referrals.
• Excellent relationship skills: the ability to communicate with different people, handle concerns professionally and deliver a personalised service.
• Ownership and follow-through: strong organisation, attention to detail and the initiative to move opportunities forward.
• A collaborative approach: confidence working with colleagues, sharing effective sales practices and contributing to the daily running of the business.
• An active interest in strength training and the service U.P. delivers.

Relevant experience may come from fitness, premium retail, hospitality or another service business. A degree or personal training qualification is not required.

You must hold Australian working rights (e.g. Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted work rights)that allow you to undertake this full-time role.
