Job summary

Ultimate Performance Sydney is seeking a Client Relations Manager to drive growth through consultative sales and strong client partnerships. You’ll manage the sales journey from enquiry to onboarding and build relationships with local businesses to generate referrals.

Reporting to the Gym Manager, you’ll own the pipeline, hit commercial targets, and collaborate with trainers to ensure exceptional client experiences. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered; Australian working rights required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to own the sales journey from enquiry through onboarding.
• Strong relationship skills and ability to communicate with varied stakeholders.
• Experience creating opportunities through partnerships, networking and referrals.
• Willingness to work in Sydney and to meet commercial targets.

Responsibilities
