Job summary

Macquarie Group in Sydney, NSW is seeking a Senior Process Architect to lead the development and implementation of the process architecture framework for a major transformation programme, ensuring governance and best practice across all design activities.

You will work with business, technology, risk and change stakeholders to define future-state processes, identify interdependencies and ensure alignment between capabilities, operating models and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in process architecture, business architecture or enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience leading process architecture for large-scale transformation programmes.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end process design and modelling frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the process architecture framework for a major transformation programme.
• Ensure governance and best practice across all process design activities.
• Collaborate with business, technology, risk and change stakeholders to define future-state processes.
• Provide architectural oversight and coach a team of process designers to deliver high-quality outcomes.
