Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Change and Transformation Manager to support the Private Bank by delivering strategic change across advisory technology, processes and ways of working.

You will partner with clients, bankers, advice teams, and senior leaders to drive continuous improvement and successful adoption of new technology solutions while enhancing experiences for clients and employees.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years delivering change management activities including communications, training and adoption strategies.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic change initiatives across advice tech, processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with clients, bankers, advice teams and tech partners to drive change.
• Drive adoption through analysis, training and clear communications.
• Improve client and employee experiences through new tools and processes.
