Job summary

Central Coast Council is seeking an Organisational Change Lead Specialist to drive change management initiatives across the organisation. You will work with the People and Culture Leadership Team and stakeholders to develop strategies, communications and support to help employees and leaders adapt to workplace change.

The role offers a 9-day fortnight, hybrid/flexible working conditions, and is based at the Wyong Administration Building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Development, Change Management or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience with ongoing professional development.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP, with knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci or Kotter.
• Experience leading workplace change projects in a diverse organisation.
• Broader OD experience covering leadership development, engagement, reward, wellbeing, or talent and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver change management initiatives across the organisation.
• Collaborate with People and Culture Leadership Team and cross‑functional stakeholders to develop strategies, communications and support.
• Monitor progress, address resistance and report on outcomes to ensure alignment with Council priorities.
