Job summary

Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking an experienced people leader to coordinate the Organisational Development function. Leading a small specialist team, you will drive initiatives that strengthen workforce capability, culture and leadership across the organisation.

The role reports to senior leadership and focuses on change, succession planning and building a contemporary employee value proposition that enhances attraction, retention and performance.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in organisational development, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement.
