Central Coast Council NSW is seeking an Organisational Change Lead Specialist to drive change management initiatives across the organisation. You will work with the People and Culture Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders to develop communication and support enabling employees and leaders to adopt change effectively.

The role requires a degree in HR/OD/change management or equivalent experience, with certification (Prosci/CCMP) and strong knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter, etc.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or demonstrated experience in change management with ongoing professional development.
• Change management certification such as Prosci or CCMP with knowledge of ADKAR, Prosci or Kotter.
• Experience leading workplace change or people-related projects in a diverse organisation.
• Experience in organisational development and related projects such as leadership development and employee wellbeing.
• Strong project management capability handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and deliver change management initiatives across the organisation.
• Develop strategies, communications and support to help employees and leaders adopt change.
• Monitor progress, address resistance and report on outcomes to align with Council priorities.
• Collaborate with the People and Culture Leadership Team and cross-functional stakeholders.
