Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a Brisbane-based, contract opportunity within a multi-year transformation program. You will drive change readiness, stakeholder alignment and adoption of new processes and ways of working across technology, procurement and HR functions.

You will lead change strategies, engage senior stakeholders and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a complex, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Change Manager delivering enterprise-scale transformation.
• Strong expertise in change strategy, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption planning.
• Experience working in complex, evolving environments where governance and operating models may need to be established or improved.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans aligned with program objectives.
• Conduct change impact assessments identifying effects on people, processes and roles.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness and adoption activities across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with program leaders and business stakeholders to identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support adoption of new frameworks, governance practices and operating models across the program.
• Build relationships across Technology, Procurement, HR and senior leadership to maintain alignment.
