Job summary

ASC is seeking a Change Manager to lead the people side of change across major technical and business initiatives in Australia. The role partners with leaders, project teams and stakeholders to build readiness, drive adoption and embed new capabilities and ways of working.

The position requires experience in complex environments, strong communication and stakeholder engagement, and a focus on sustaining adoption. National police clearance and Defence Security Clearance are required.

Qualifications

Experience leading organisational change initiatives in complex environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Experience developing and delivering change strategies and plans.
Strong facilitation, coaching and communication skills.
Experience supporting business transformation, operating model or technology change programs.

Responsibilities

Develop, plan and deliver change strategies, plans and adoption activities.
Assess organisational impacts, readiness and change risks.
Coach leaders to enable leader led change.
Partner with project teams to embed change activities into delivery plans.
Develop targeted change communication, engagement plans driving awareness and preparedness for change.
Drive stakeholder engagement and workforce adoption.
Support the implementation of new systems, technologies and operating models.
Monitor change effectiveness and adjust plans where required.
Contribute to the ongoing development of ASC's change management capability and framework.
