Job summary

UNSW IT is seeking a Change Analyst for a fixed-term 24-month role based in Kensington, Sydney. The role conducts change analysis and develops recommendations to embed change management across the technology delivery portfolio, with 2-3 days in the office and hybrid work.

Starting salary is A$132,455 plus superannuation and leave loading. You will build readiness, stakeholder analysis, and communicate change strategies, aligning with UNSW values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in change management and/or relevant experience gained in organisational change management.
• Experience in change management program delivery, preferably in higher education.
• Experience planning, developing and implementing change communications for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change analysis and impact assessments using PROSCI/ADKAR methods.
• Document outcomes to determine scale of change and business readiness.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis to align engagement strategies.
• Contribute to change planning with risk and improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with business groups to translate requirements into documentation.
• Prepare status reports against critical path timelines for governance.
• Develop messages for communication planning with project teams.
• Review and update change management tools and activities for relevance.
• Align with UNSW Values in Action and UNSW Code of Conduct.
