Job summary

Talent International is recruiting a Senior Change Analyst for a higher education technology transformation. This Sydney-based role is hybrid, requiring three days onsite per week, with an immediate start and a contract until 31 March 2027.

The ideal candidate will conduct change impact assessments, lead stakeholder engagement and manage readiness, training and communications across a complex program.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years' experience in organisational change management.
• Strong experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to independently manage change deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and written communication skills.

This is a hands‑on delivery role for someone who can work autonomously, quickly understand a complex program environment and take ownership of change activities with minimal direction.

Skills and experience

• A pragmatic and proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in higher education, HR transformation or data-related programs will be highly regarded.
