Job summary

Talent Corp in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a major technology transformation program. This hands-on delivery role requires independence and the ability to navigate a complex program environment. The position is hybrid, based in Sydney, with three days onsite per week.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years' experience in organisational change management.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to independently manage change deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and written communication skills.
• Experience in higher education, HR transformation or data-related programs is highly regarded.

You are an experienced Senior Change Analyst who combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You can quickly build relationships, identify change impacts and drive practical outcomes without extensive onboarding or supervision.
