Job summary

University of New South Wales seeks a Systems Support Analyst to sustain and improve enterprise systems within the Pro Vice-Chancellor Education & Student Experience portfolio. You will oversee the service desk, configure systems, and drive data reporting and compliance activities to support the Employability theme.

Based at the Kensington campus, this hybrid role focuses on InPlace and related platforms, collaborating with stakeholders and UNSW IT to resolve issues and implement

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise systems and providing user guidance.
• Ability to analyse and resolve system issues within defined frameworks.
• Experience coordinating service desk activities and handling competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service desk operations and triage tickets by priority and complexity.
• Provide SME support for Employability systems and stakeholder guidance.
• Configure and maintain system settings, support new course setups and translate requirements into solutions.
• Perform data migration activities and ensure accuracy for reporting.
• Support compliance activities and contribute to data-driven reporting.
• Develop reports and manipulate data (e.g., Excel) for business insights.
• Review system updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Monitor system integrations and coordinate with UNSW IT and vendors.
• Contribute to process improvements and maintain system documentation.
