Job summary

Talent Corp in Sydney is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a major technology transformation program. Qualifications

• 5-7+ years' experience in organisational change management.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to independently manage change deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and written communication skills.
• Experience in higher education, HR transformation or data-related programs is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
• Develop and deliver change, communication and engagement plans.
• Lead business readiness, training and enablement activities.
• Engage with business leaders, SMEs, project teams and stakeholders.
• Manage competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.
• Produce clear, high-quality change documentation and communications.
• Support the Change Lead and Senior Project Managers in delivering program outcomes.
