Job summary

UNSW seeks a Senior Business Analyst – Cyber to drive business, technical and process analysis for the Cyber Security Enablement Program. You will develop detailed requirements, collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and support the end-to-end delivery of cyber security solutions across the university.

The role is based at the Kensington campus in Sydney, NSW, with Hybrid Flexible Working and a minimum of 2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in business analysis and process analysis.
• Experience in cyber security domains such as identity governance, access management, and IAM lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed business requirements for cyber security solutions.
• Drive functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Create BRD/FRD/TRD and SOPs.
• Investigate operational requirements and propose solutions.
• Support procurement, design, development, testing and acceptance of cyber solutions.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee IAM design from concept to physical implementation.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security Ops, Identity Management, Infra, and Vendors.
• Align with UNSW values and safety policies.
