Legal Aid NSW is seeking a Capability and Performance Lead to own a domain across learning, leadership, performance or talent. You will shape frameworks, design practical content and learning pathways, and evaluate impact with Senior People Partners to ensure enterprise frameworks are applied consistently.

You’ll lead design, delivery and evaluation of structured program cycles, coordinate specialist input and drive capability uplift aligned to organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and evaluating learning, leadership, performance, talent or organisational capability initiatives.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to translate complex ideas into practical content.
• Ability to manage competing priorities through collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Data-driven approach using evaluation and feedback to improve program quality and impact.

Responsabilités

• Own assigned capability domain and keep its frameworks current and scalable.
• Design and deliver structured program cycles across learning, leadership, performance or talent.
• Lead facilitation, content design and learning pathway development and capability uplift initiatives.
• Coordinate with Senior People Partners to understand portfolio needs and apply enterprise frameworks.
• Guide advisory contributions so capability work targets priority organisational outcomes.
• Use data, evaluation and stakeholder feedback to assess impact and improve program design.
• Provide specialist advice on capability development, leadership uplift and talent practices.
