Job summary

Legal Aid NSW is seeking a seasoned leader to establish and run the new Enterprise Organisational Capability & Performance function in Sydney. You will shape strategies, frameworks and services that strengthen leadership, workforce capability and high performance while fostering a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement enterprise organisational capability strategy across learning, leadership development, performance and workplace behaviour.
• Design and govern capability and performance frameworks, programs and service standards.
• Provide strategic leadership of the Respectful Workplace Support service and related governance.
• Strengthen manager capability through performance management and respectful workplace practices.
• Use data and trends to identify risks and inform interventions.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and advise senior leaders on capability development and culture.
