Responsibilities

• Act as trusted partner to senior stakeholders, shaping demand and capability priorities.
• Diagnose capability and performance needs, identifying root causes.
• Surface and clarify capability needs with domains; translate into consult demand.
• Translate problems into clear briefs with defined scope, hypotheses, success measures.
• Lead engagements end-to-end from diagnosis to evaluation.
• Define resource requirements and guide downstream teams for execution.
• Shape intervention approach with human-led, digital, product solutions.
• Monitor progress, quality, and alignment to outcomes; adjust as needed.
• Build advisory relationships with senior leaders; influence decisions.
