LP StratiCo Design and Build in Sydney is seeking an experienced Strata Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager to leverage an established NSW strata network and drive new opportunities. You’ll cultivate relationships with strata managers and clients, converting introductions into qualified projects while supporting the growth of LP StratiCo’s strata division.

Looking to stay in the strata industry—without managing a portfolio?

LP StratiCo is expanding its strata division and seeking an experienced Strata Relationship Manager / Business Development Manager with an established client base and strong, active relationships within the NSW strata industry.

Existing strata client relationships are essential. You must bring a network of strata managers, management companies and industry contacts who know you and have worked with you, together with the ability to turn those relationships into introductions and building opportunities for LP.

This role is ideal for a current or former Strata Manager who enjoys client relationships and industry engagement and wants to transition to the builder side, away from portfolio management, AGMs and heavy administration.

You’ll remain connected to the industry you know while taking responsibility for developing partnerships, generating opportunities and helping grow our strata division.

About LP StratiCo

LP StratiCo is an established construction business with a strong track record delivering complex building and insurance projects across NSW.

Building on this foundation, we are investing in the growth of our strata division, focused on long‑term partnerships with strata managers, owners corporations and consultants.

You’ll have the support of an experienced operational and delivery team to assess opportunities and carry projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Build on your existing client relationships to introduce LP StratiCo to strata management companies and key decision‑makers.
• Generate qualified opportunities for remedial building, capital works and complex strata projects.
• Develop new relationships and grow LP’s presence within the NSW strata industry.
• Follow opportunities through from initial introduction to site meetings, tender invitations, proposals and secured work.
• Act as a trusted liaison between clients and our delivery team.
• Support client presentations, education sessions and industry events.
• Maintain clear records of relationship activity, opportunities and pipeline progress.

About You—Essential Requirements

• Experience as a Strata Manager or within the strata industry.
• An established strata client base and active relationships with NSW strata managers and management companies.
• The ability to generate introductions, referrals and project opportunities through your existing network.
• Proven sales or business development experience, including examples of converting relationships into commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness, initiative and a solutions‑focused mindset.
• Confidence taking ownership of business development activity and results.
