Job summary

Baker Recruitment is assisting a well-established boutique strata management business in Sydney CBD to recruit an experienced Strata Manager. You will manage a diverse portfolio, build strong owner and resident relationships, and chair key meetings.

Ideal candidates will have a Strata Managing Agent Licence (Class 2) or be working towards it, plus solid knowledge of NSW legislation and a commitment to exceptional service. This role offers WFH flexibility within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in strata management.
• Class 2 Strata Managing Agent Licence or currently working towards it.
• Sound knowledge of NSW strata legislation and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, organisation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and oversee a portfolio effectively.
• Professional, proactive and committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use strata schemes.
• Build strong relationships with owners, strata committees and residents.
• Prepare and chair AGMs, EGMs and strata committee meetings.
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance, repairs and building compliance matters.
• Ensure compliance with NSW strata legislation and relevant regulations.
• Oversee budgets, levy contributions and financial reporting with the accounts team.
• Manage insurance claims, building defects and owner enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with internal administration and accounts teams.
