Strata One in Narrabeen is seeking a Team Leader, Strata Services, to lead a small, dedicated team in a busy, client-facing environment. You will drive performance, manage key projects, and help optimise processes while delivering exceptional service to clients.

This full-time permanent role suits senior strata managers or those with experience in property, finance, or operations who enjoy problem solving and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Strata Management team by maximizing performance through mentoring and KPI monitoring.
• Manage key business documents and projects to mitigate risk and improve efficiencies.
• Oversee a stakeholder portfolio, chair meetings, prepare minutes, agendas, budgets, and action items.

About the role

We have a unique and exciting opportunity on offer for a Team Leader, Strata Services. This is a varied and fast-paced role where you will be managinga small and supportive team. This role is ideally suited to Senior Strata Managers looking to take the next step in their career, however candidates with experience managing teams and clients from a property, finance or operational background will be considered. You will enjoy this role if you like problem solving and have a passion for property.

Duties & responsibilities

Provide leadership to the Strata Management team by maximising performance through providing tools, education, monitoring KPI’s (billable hours, client satisfaction & risk minimisation) and mentoring

Management of key business documentation and projects to mitigate risk and improve efficiencies

Management of a key stakeholder portfolio focusing on capitalisation of billable hours and client satisfaction (includes chairing meetings, completing minutes, agendas & budgets, implementing meeting actions, processing work orders and other administration)

Skills and experience

This role is ideally suited to Senior Strata Managers looking to take the next step in their career. Candidates with experience managing teams in an operational and client facing environment with a background in property, finance, operations or service based industries will also be considered.
