Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Account Management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce experience highly regarded.
• Logistics, freight or transport industry experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across a range of industries.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking and lead generation.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Collaborate with Courier Franchisees to identify and convert sales opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions and proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
