Job summary

SUEZ Australia and New Zealand in Sydney is seeking a proactive Bid & Project Coordinator to support strategic pursuits and growth initiatives. You will coordinate bids, manage CRM data and pipeline activity, and work with technical experts and stakeholders to drive successful pursuits.

Role involves preparing proposals, maintaining bid libraries, administering Salesforce, and tracking opportunities across water infrastructure, digital and operations projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in bid coordination, business development support, sales operations, marketing or similar.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management and reporting experience, ideally with Salesforce.
• Excellent written communication and proposal development skills.
• Highly organised with strong stakeholder engagement and project coordination capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Experience in infrastructure, utilities, engineering, environmental services or construction is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and format proposals, presentations, CVs, case studies and supporting materials.
• Maintain bid libraries, marketing collateral and project experience databases.
• Administer Salesforce (or similar CRM), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate EOIs, tenders, RFPs and proposal submissions.
• Manage bid schedules, compliance requirements and governance processes.
• Track leads, opportunities and pipeline performance.
• Produce reports on forecasts, win rates, conversions and bid outcomes.
• Support client presentations, capability statements and business development activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across bid management, CRM and reporting processes.
