Job summary

Jands in Mascot, Sydney, is seeking an experienced Marketing Events Specialist to own the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of our events program. You will create engaging experiences that build loyalty, awareness and lead generation, spanning product launches, trade shows, demonstrations and employee events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience planning, coordinating and delivering events.
• Experience delivering corporate, customer, industry and/or employee events.
• Experience preparing and managing event budgets and delivering to timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of internal and external events including product launches, trade shows, functions, seminars, demonstration roadshows, corporate hospitality, training schools and employee events.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated events calendar across the organisation.
• Translate objectives into detailed event concepts, plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, catering, promotional activity, merchandising, technical requirements, registrations, travel and attendee logistics.
• Manage events within approved budgets, timelines and delegated authority.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and competing priorities during event delivery.
• Measure event performance against objectives, including ROI.
