My Guardian is seeking an Events & Partnerships Manager to lead its community presence through strategic alliances, co-marketing initiatives, and high-impact brand activations. The role blends strategy with hands-on execution to drive referral growth and market presence.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Head Office in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW. You will own end-to-end event strategy, vendor negotiations, and partner networks to maximise ROI and brand reach.

Formación

• 5+ years in event management or partner marketing in care/health/community sectors.
• Proven track record in co-marketing strategies and strategic alliances.
• End-to-end event execution, vendor negotiations, ROI tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic partner marketing agenda across care, health, and community sectors.
• Manage, optimise, and scale strategic partnerships with clear SLA, ROI targets.
• Identify, negotiate, and execute high-impact marketing alliances with peak bodies and providers.
• Architect and execute joint marketing initiatives: co-branded campaigns, webinars, thought-leadership content.
• Design and run high-converting event experiences and industry roundtables to generate qualified leads.
• Own end-to-end event strategy, logistics, and budget for major expos, trade shows, conferences.
• Source and manage supplier contracts for event activations and cost-effective terms.
• Build an advocate network among participants, families, and sector leaders.
• Track and report partner campaigns, conversion pipelines, and friction points with ROI metrics.
