Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Events Specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of Jands' events program, creating engaging experiences that build customer loyalty, brand awareness, employee engagement and lead generation.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished events professional to take ownership of a diverse calendar of internal and external events - from product launches and trade shows through to demonstration roadshows, seminars, corporate hospitality, training schools and employee events.
This is more than simply coordinating event logistics. The successful candidate will translate business and marketing objectives into detailed event concepts and plans, manage delivery against approved budgets and timelines, and evaluate event effectiveness - including ROI - to continually improve future activity.
The role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys taking an event from the initial brief and concept through to successful execution - coordinating stakeholders, suppliers, budgets, venues, communications and logistics while ensuring every detail comes together.
It is a highly collaborative position with significant exposure across the organisation, including Marketing and Business Unit leadership.

Experience within a B2B, channel, distribution or technical product environment would be particularly advantageous, as would familiarity with CRM systems, registration platforms, email marketing platforms and contemporary event technology.
