HWLE Lawyers is seeking an Events Coordinator to support the National Events Manager and work with the marketing team and senior stakeholders. You will manage end-to-end events from concept to on-site delivery and post-event analysis, ensuring timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination are met.

The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to handle multiple timelines, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach to delivering high‑quality event experiences.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in B2B events or similar settings.
• Experience in professional services events is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to build trust and relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver events from concept to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
• Manage timelines, checklists, briefs, invitations, run sheets, and workflows.
• Prepare budgets and secure vendors from procurement to contracts.
• Liaise with venues and suppliers, including rate negotiations and logistics.
• Lead on-the-day delivery for a seamless guest experience.
• Manage event communications and enquiries with stakeholders.
