Intelligent Recruitment is seeking an accomplished professional to support senior leadership in an executive environment. You will combine strategic advice, stakeholder engagement and governance coordination to drive organisational priorities.

In this varied role, you will navigate complex issues, manage priorities and provide high-level communications and governance reporting to influence key decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience in high-level support to senior leadership.
• Experience in an environment with governance requirements and protocols considered favourably.
• Highly developed organisational skills to manage competing priorities and high workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and support on complex operational and strategic matters to keep senior leadership well informed.
• Research and analyse complex information, translating it into clear recommendations for timely decisions.
• Prepare, manage and review high-level documentation including briefings, reports, presentations and submissions.
• Manage executive communications and follow-up, acting as a central point of contact for requests and deadlines.
• Coordinate projects and initiatives across the organisation to achieve outcomes and manage change impact.
• Coordinate governance activities and board reporting to ensure accurate and comprehensive information.
