You will partner with stakeholders at all levels, translate complex information into clear recommendations and ensure timely decisions aligned with organisational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting senior leadership in a governance environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear guidance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice and support to senior leaders on operational and strategic matters.
• Research and analyse complex information to inform timely decisions.
• Prepare, manage and review high level documentation including briefs, reports and presentations.
• Coordinate governance activities and board reporting requirements; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage executive communications and coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across the organisation.
