Job summary

Sika Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for its Distribution channel in Australia. The role focuses on servicing existing customers, developing new accounts, and promoting Sika products across retail distribution networks.

You will liaise on pricing, promotional plans, and stock management while collecting market information for Sales planning. The position involves field visits, store merchandising, and brand-support activities to grow market share.

Responsibilities

• Service and support existing customers, and develop new ones according to targets and budgets.
• Liaise and communicate product ranging, pricing, action plans, and promotional initiatives.
• Provide market information to the Sales Manager for planning.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and obtain stock orders at retail locations.
• Complete all call cycles on schedule, recording activities in Salesforce.
• Undertake merchandising stock in stores as needed.
• Grow Sika’s market share by establishing quality relationships within key retail distribution customers.
• Support all Sika retail distribution business activities.
• Develop and conduct Sika brand support activities, including trade breakfasts and promotional events.
• Identify customer training opportunities and support with training programs.
