Job summary

Crown Equipment is recruiting a driven sales professional based in Melbourne's western suburbs (Truganina) to own a defined portfolio in the Geelong region. You will exceed budgets by deepening existing relationships while actively hunting new business in materials handling and warehouse solutions.

In this role you will deliver product demonstrations, respond to enquiries promptly, and maintain weekly face‑to‑face engagement with customers, targeting growth and healthy gross profit contributions.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and first‑class communication abilities (written and verbal).
• Ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined sales territory, building strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Identify and convert new rental and capital sales opportunities within your portfolio.
• Deliver a minimum number of high‑quality product demonstrations each month.
• Provide prompt, professional, and solutions‑focused responses to customer enquiries.
• Maintain regular weekly face‑to‑face customer contact.
• Aim to achieve monthly order intake while meeting or exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
