Job summary

You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships to increase market presence and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management.

• Ability to identify growth opportunities with clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their workforce needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility, resilience and sound decision making.
• Recruit high volumes of candidates within blue collar industries if needed.
• Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients.
• Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline.
