Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture a portfolio of loyal existing clients
• Conduct regular client visits to understand workforce needs
• Demonstrate flexibility, resilience and sound decision making
• Recruit high volumes of candidates within blue collar industries
• Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients
• Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline
