AWX, backed by PeopleIN Group, is expanding its Brisbane team with an Account Manager role focused on construction, civil, labourer and outdoor sectors. You will manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, strengthening relationships to increase market presence and identifying opportunities for growth.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients.
• Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their workforce needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility, resilience and sound decision making.
• Recruit high volumes of candidates within blue collar industries if needed.
• Communicate effectively with both candidates and clients.
• Maintain a strong and consistent candidate pipeline.

The Opportunity

Due to ongoing growth and increased demand from our clients across the construction, civil, labourer, and outdoor industries, we have an exciting opportunity for a Account Manager within these sectors, in Brisbane. This role is ideal for an experienced Account Manager ready to take the next step looking for a new challenge. You will focus on managing existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and strengthening long term relationships to increase our market presence.
