Job summary

Insider One is a leading Martech platform with a global footprint. We are seeking an Account Director to own account renewals, drive expansion, and manage high-level stakeholders across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, negotiate contracts, and champion strategic initiatives with executives. The role requires strong communication, a client‑focused mindset, and a track record of leading in fast‑growing environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales in SaaS/Martech.
• Proven oral and written communication abilities and strong listening skills.
• Experience negotiating contracts and navigating legal discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of existing accounts and drive retention and growth.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
• Lead renewals in coordination with the Customer Success team and negotiate terms.
