Chubb is seeking a driven underwriting professional in Brisbane to contribute to profit, growth and client relations. The role emphasizes strong underwriting judgement, pricing knowledge and effective broker management to meet targets and sustain profitable growth.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance, train junior underwriters and support account reviews, while promoting Chubb’s flexible and inclusive workplace culture.

Formación

• Strong underwriting judgement and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of pricing, alternative risk transfer, reserving and key account management.
• Ability to tailor coverage, influence decisions and build trusted relationships.
• Experience training and supporting entry-level underwriters and new hires.

Responsabilidades

• Book management: achieve new business, rate and retention targets; support profit and growth.
• Underwriting quality and compliance: follow standards, assess new business and renewals; contribute to profit and market analysis.
• Sales, marketing and broker management: meet producer targets, develop opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
• Build broker and key account relationships through regular communication, visits and collaboration to grow business.
