• Drive new business, rate and retention outcomes for the assigned portfolio to support revenue and profit goals.
• Maintain underwriting, compliance and file documentation standards; assess and decide on new business and renewals within delegated authority.
• Deliver producer targets and support business development across SBU/product lines and broker segments.
• Build and maintain broker and key account relationships, promote appetite and growth, and manage producer performance in line with underwriting goals.
