Job summary

Smarter Communities is seeking an experienced OC Manager to lead a portfolio of strata properties across Australia, delivering exceptional service and compliant governance. You will foster strong client relationships and coordinate with our customer connect and operations teams to ensure consistent outcomes.

You will manage communications, bylaws interpretations, AGM/EGM facilitation, and financial oversight, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
• Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
• Provide interpretations of bylaws and strata legislation to stakeholders
• Address correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
• Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders
• Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings—agendas, budgets, minutes
• Manage Client retention (including 1st level complaints, overseeing problems, and providing guidance)
• Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation
