Smarter Communities on the Gold Coast is seeking a Senior Relationship (Strata) Manager to lead a portfolio of strata communities, acting as the trusted adviser to committees and key stakeholders. You will work with dedicated support teams and leverage advanced technology to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

The role focuses on relationship-building, governance guidance and proactive issue resolution, with a collaborative culture and hybrid working arrangements to support work-life

Formación

• Knowledge of strata legislation and governance requirements.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a diverse portfolio of strata communities as the key relationship manager for committees and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on strata legislation, bylaws and governance requirements.
• Coordinate correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors in a professional manner.
• Work with Repairs & Maintenance to coordinate quotes, approvals and work orders.
• Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings and Committee Meetings, including agendas, budgets and minutes.
• Support client retention and resolve first-level complaints with practical solutions.
• Oversee portfolio financial matters and compliance obligations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and customer outcomes.
• Contribute to a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.
