Job summary

Linea Talent Group is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to take ownership of a clean, manageable portfolio of ~580 lots, mainly smaller buildings, in NSW. You will provide high-level service to owners and committees with strong NSW legislation knowledge.

The role offers up to AUD 130,000 plus super and bonuses, with 2–3 days working from home and an supportive 15-strong team, enabling balanced workload and internal growth opportunities in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.
• Strong understanding of NSW strata legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Confident dealing with owners and committees.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Relevant NSW strata qualifications/licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a clean portfolio of approximately 580 lots.
• Predominantly manage smaller strata buildings.
• Build strong relationships with owners and committees.
• Prepare for and conduct AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractors.
• Manage budgets, levies and financial matters.
• Provide professional advice to owners and committees.
• Ensure schemes remain compliant with NSW strata legislation.
• Work closely with the wider strata and administration team.
• Deliver proactive and responsive portfolio management.

You will take ownership of a clean and manageable portfolio of approximately 580 lots, predominantly consisting of smaller buildings.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Strata Manager who wants to move away from an overloaded portfolio and join a business where they can provide a high level of service to their clients while having the support and flexibility to enjoy the role.

The portfolio also provides room to grow over time as you develop within the business.
