Gough Recruitment in Sydney's southern suburbs is seeking a junior or assistant strata manager to support senior managers and begin building a long-term career in strata. You will help manage a diverse portfolio, prepare meeting materials, attend owners corporation meetings, and develop client relationships while receiving mentorship.

This role offers a salary package up to $80,000 plus super, attractive Schedule B commissions up to 68%, and clear pathways for career progression in a reputable,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within the strata industry.
• Current Strata Certificate of Registration or Licence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Confident dealing with owners, committees and stakeholders.
• Experience using Strata Master and FileSMART will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of a diverse strata portfolio while overseeing your own smaller buildings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, and documentation.
• Attend and chair Owners Corporation meetings.
• Manage owner and committee enquiries, ensuring a high level of service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors, and stakeholders.
