Job summary

Bay Strata Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced strata manager to lead end-to-end management of residential and mixed-use strata and community schemes in NSW. You will attend strata meetings, advise owners corporations, and coordinate maintenance and contractor engagements.

The role requires a NSW Class 1 or 2 Strata Licence, excellent communication, strong knowledge of NSW strata law, and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end strata management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use strata and community schemes.
• Preparing for and attending strata committee and general meetings

• Managing budgets, quotations, insurance matters and compliance issues
• Management and enforcement of By-Laws
• Responding to owner and resident enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with committees, owners and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act and associated legislation
