Qualifications

• Minimum of approximately 3 years strata management experience.
• Experience managing your own portfolio.
• Good understanding of NSW strata legislation.
• NSW strata qualifications and/or licence.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Well organised with strong time-management skills.
• Professional and proactive approach.
• Comfortable working within a smaller, collaborative team.

An established boutique strata management business in the Pyrmont area is looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join its growing team.

The Role:

You will manage an established and manageable portfolio of approximately 700–900 lots with support from the wider team.
The business has built a strong reputation for providing personalised service and maintaining long-term relationships with its clients. With a smaller team environment, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and have access to support when required.
