Richardson Strata Management Services is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and capable Strata Manager to join our team.

This role would suit:

An Assistant Strata Manager ready to step up

A Strata Manager with early to mid-level experience

We are a WA-owned and operated strata management company managing over 10,000 lots across residential, mixed-use, commercial and complex schemes throughout Western Australia.

What the role involves

You will work alongside an experienced team managing a portfolio of strata companies, with support from:

• Dedicated assistants and administration support

• Internal training and mentoring

• Previous experience within strata management, property, legal or related professional industries
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities
