Job summary

Clean Green Strata Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee 3 residential buildings in Lindfield. You will manage maintenance, safety, budgeting, and tenant relations to ensure high service levels and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a minimum of five years in Building/Facilities Management, strong leadership and on-site capability, and proactive communication with residents and contractors.

Qualifications

• At least five years of Building/Facilities Management experience.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Effective and timely communication at all levels.
• Knowledge of WHS and Strata regulations.
• Willingness to work on site on Lindfield-based locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine and emergency maintenance of building systems.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff or contractors as required.
• Manage resident inquiries and maintain service levels.
• Monitor safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.
• Assist in preparing and managing operating budgets.
• Source and negotiate service contracts.
• Maintain records and prepare monthly strata reports.
