Job summary

Clean Green Strata Facilities Management (CGSFM) is seeking an experienced Building Manager for Erina, NSW. The role is part-time (26 hours per week) reporting to the FM Director and focuses on delivering maintenance, safety, and excellent resident service for residential strata properties.

You will oversee building systems and capital works, coordinate contractors, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with WHS and strata regulations while maintaining high standards of appearance and service

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Building/Facilities Management.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Effective and timely communication at all levels.
• Proactive financial management aligned to budget.
• Commitment to high standards and safety.
• Knowledge of WHS and Strata regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine and emergency building maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise staff or contractors as required.
• Serve as the main contact for residents and respond to inquiries and complaints.
• Assist in preparing and managing the building operating budget.
• Source and negotiate contracts with service providers.
• Maintain records of operations, invoices and notices.
